How can you get cat urine odor out of clothes that aren't machine washable?

My cat sprayed a very good suit of mine, and it’s NOT machine washable. It’s a dry clean only suit, so soaking it in vinegar won’t work, nor will adding baking soda or OxyClean to the washing machine. I put it in the dry cleaners already, and the odor is just as strong as it was before.
Please help! This is one of my favorite suits, it cost me a lot of money, and I use it for interviewing.
